Description:
STANDALONE & PUG AND PLAY
ADL HUD Tracker is a script designed to improve your players’ visual experience when following objectives, routes, and entities in-game, without needing to open the map.
In simple terms, this script allows you to display markers on the HUD and in the 3D world to guide the player toward a point, an NPC, a vehicle, or any entity you need.
Going into more detail and explaining everything properly, this system allows you to create markers using coordinates or entities, with dynamic tracking if the target moves.
It also includes distance in meters, vertical hints (if the target is above or below the player), and an off-screen edge tracker when the objective is outside the camera view.
We provide you with a flexible base so you can adapt it to missions, jobs, events, guided routes, or any system that needs real-time visual objectives.

The script includes support for custom PNG icons, so you can use your own marker designs instead of relying on simple text symbols.
You only need to place your icons inside the icons folder and call them by name in the export (without writing .png).
Another great feature is the smart tint system:
the script recolors light/white parts of the icon while preserving dark/black pixels, which is perfect for outlined icons.
This means you can use a white base icon with black borders and tint it with any RGBA color from the export without losing the outline.
Other important things to note:
The script supports coordinate markers and entity-following markers.
Entity markers can follow NPCs, vehicles, props, etc.
Off-screen tracking is included, so the player knows where to look even if the target is not visible on screen.
The tracker supports glow and breathing animation using the same icon color.
RGBA colors are fully supported, including values with
0(for example255,0,0).
The resource also includes an examples.lua file with demo/test features (demo marker, moving NPC test, and automatic waypoint tracker).
By default, examples.lua is disabled in the fxmanifest.lua so test code is not loaded in production servers.
💡Here’s an idea!
On your server, you can use this system to create immersive mission flows where players must follow moving targets, locate hidden NPCs, track delivery vehicles, or reach dynamic event points with a much cleaner and more modern visual guidance system.
